Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 April 2026

1. Service Description

FractaLPK provides fractional-order population pharmacokinetic (PK) analysis services: retrospective analyses of published datasets, analyses of proprietary client datasets under NDA, and access to an informational web dashboard with interactive demos.

2. Intended Users

This service is intended for academic researchers and professionals in pharmaceutical industry, biotech, or contract research organisations (CROs).

Not for patients or direct clinical use. The website, demos, and Drug Dictionary are informational and scientific in nature. They do not constitute medical advice, a clinical decision-support tool, or a regulatory-grade pharmacokinetic report.

3. Public Demo and Drug Dictionary

The dashboard and dictionary are published for scientific illustration only. Figures and parameters shown are either simulated or derived from public datasets. No dosing decision should be based on them.

4. Client Obligations

When sending data for analysis, the client must anonymise it in advance and ensure they have the legal right to share it. FractaLPK does not process directly identifiable patient data.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The client retains full ownership of their datasets and of the analytical results delivered by FractaLPK.
  • FractaLPK retains all rights over the underlying engine (Cp5), methodology, source code, and generic model templates.
  • Co-authorship on resulting publications is governed by a separate written agreement (see Academic collaboration track).

6. Limitation of Liability

FractaLPK provides analyses on a best-effort scientific basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the results. Liability for a given engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Murcia, Spain, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this agreement.
