Drug Release Auto-Diagnose

Upload an in vitro release profile. The engine compares 5 release models — First-order, Higuchi, Weibull, Korsmeyer-Peppas and Mittag-Leffler fractional — and returns a 6-rule verdict with regime-B guardrail for incomplete release windows.

Expected columns: ID · TIME · V (cumulative released fraction in [0,1])
▶ Accepted CSV format · click to expand

Required columns (case-insensitive, common aliases accepted):

  • TIME — time since release start. Aliases: time, t, time_min, time_h, min, minutes, hours, tiempo, temps, zeit, minuto, hora
  • V — cumulative released fraction in [0, 1]. Aliases: v, fraction, frac, released, pct_released, percent_released, Q, cumulative_release, liberacion, fraccion_liberada

Optional: ID (formulation identifier — aliases: formulation, batch, batch_id, formulacion, lote).

Header flexibility — punctuation, case, and parenthesised units are tolerated. Time (min), % Released, cum-release all map correctly. ES/FR/DE headers are accepted.

Minimum size: 4 distinct time points. Percent values (0–100) are auto-converted to fractions (0–1).

Example:

ID,TIME,V
A,0,0.00
A,2,0.18
A,4,0.34
A,8,0.55
A,16,0.78
A,24,0.90

Do NOT submit datasets with direct identifiers. Use pseudonymised batch/formulation IDs.
